Payment for services rendered by Wilman Rise is due as per the terms outlined in our invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges.
All designs, graphics, and content created by Wilman Rise remain the intellectual property of Wilman Rise until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final design files will transfer to the client, except for any third-party elements used under license.
Wilman Rise reserves the right to use any designs, graphics, or content created for clients in our marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to our portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing channels. If you do not wish for your designs to be used in this manner, you must notify us in writing at the time of project completion.
Wilman Rise is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We understand the importance of confidentiality in our business. All information shared with Wilman Rise will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law.
Wilman Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the date of termination.
Wilman Rise reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
