  • Provide us with links to three design pieces or websites that inspire you. This helps us better understand your vision.
  • Include notes on what you admire—layout, color scheme, typography, or overall style.
  • This information will guide our design team in creating a customized solution that reflects your unique brand.
1.3. Brand Refinement (Optional)
  • If your current branding needs updates to align with your design goals, we’re here to help.
  • We can assist with updates to your logo, color scheme, typography, or messaging.

Additional Terms

1. Intellectual Property and Ownership

  • All designs remain the property of Wilman Rise until final payment is received.
  • Once paid in full, ownership of the final designs will be transferred to the client.
  • Wilman Rise retains the right to use designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Payment Milestones

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion and approval of the designs.
  • Ownership transfers only after final payment is made.
